Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ImmoMagic is an AI virtual staging service operated by Hakan Ozturk, micro-entrepreneur, registered in France and based in Paris. We can be reached at support@immomagic.com.

When this policy refers to "ImmoMagic," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to this entity. When it refers to "you" or "your," it refers to you as a user of our service.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register.
• Usage data: which features you use, how many transforms you perform, timestamps, and error logs. This data is collected automatically.
• Uploaded images: photos you upload or capture for transformation. These are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase Storage).
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive transaction confirmation and your billing email from Stripe.
• Communications: if you contact us, we retain those messages to provide support.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account.
• To process and deliver AI image transformations.
• To handle payments via Stripe.
• To send account emails (such as welcome messages and credit notifications) via our email provider, Ionos (SMTP).
• To improve the service using usage analytics (Google Analytics 4).
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore and Firebase Storage), which is hosted in the United States. Google Cloud maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

To stage a photo, we send it to Google's Gemini API, which creates the staged version.

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Image storage and retention

Uploaded photos and transform results are stored in your account so you can see them later. There is no delete button for single photos. To have specific photos deleted, email support@immomagic.com.

When you delete your account in Settings, we permanently delete right away: your photos (originals and staged versions), your transform history, your profile and profile photo, your remaining credits, and your login. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

We keep two things, for accounting and legal obligations. Stripe keeps its own records of your payments. We keep a record of each past purchase (amount, date, and credit pack), with your account details removed so it is no longer linked to your ImmoMagic account.

Your images are never shared with other users, never displayed publicly, and never used to train AI models.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). You can also delete your account yourself in Settings (see section 5).
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to certain processing activities.
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@immomagic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and analytics (understanding how the site is used, via Google Analytics 4). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for third-party advertising.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
