Before ImmoMagic, I spent years in Customer Success — helping businesses get real value from SaaS tools. Over and over I saw the same pattern: powerful software going underused because the experience between seeing a product and understanding its value was too abstract. That gap frustrated me.
When I started working closely with real estate professionals, I noticed the exact same problem — but for their clients. Buyers would stand in a beautiful property and simply not be able to picture themselves there. The space was empty, or staged for someone else's taste, or in a condition that obscured the potential the agent could clearly see.
I built ImmoMagic to close that gap. Buyers can't picture an empty room, whether they're standing in it during a showing or scrolling past it in a listing. Upload a photo of any room, pick a style, and have a staged version ready in 30 seconds. By default every staged image carries a visible AI-generated label and comes paired with the original photo, so buyers always see what's real alongside what's possible.
Why ImmoMagic exists
Most virtual staging tools are built for one purpose: making a listing photo look better, with no way for a buyer to tell what's staged and what's real. ImmoMagic works differently by design.
We believe buyers deserve to make decisions based on accurate information. A staging photo can mislead a buyer about a property's current condition if there's nothing telling them it's staged. That's why every ImmoMagic image carries a visible AI-generated label and ships together with the original, unaltered photo. Use the staged image in a listing, a showing, or a follow-up message. As long as both images travel together, the buyer always knows what they're looking at.
Agents use it to prepare listing photos, get ready for a showing, and follow up after a buyer consultation. Upload a photo of any empty room, pick a style, and have a paired image ready in 30 seconds, labeled by default. Wherever it's used, the buyer sees the same two things: the staged version and the real one.
We also saw a gap in the market for commercial real estate. Agents showing office space, retail units, salons, and medical offices have almost no tools for helping prospects visualise their specific business in a space. ImmoMagic fills that gap with dedicated commercial styles built for real commercial contexts.
Our ethical commitment
Staged images are labeled by default, and the original photo travels with them. Our Terms of Use let you use staged images in listings, on portals, and in your marketing, as long as the visualization is disclosed as AI-generated and the unaltered original is available alongside it. What's not allowed: publishing a staged image with no disclosure at all, publishing it without the original, or anything that misrepresents the property, including showing a room at a scale it isn't.
ImmoMagic bakes the label into the image itself and gives you both files every time, so the honest version is the one you get without thinking about it. Some MLS boards don't allow a watermark on listing photos; for those, you can export the staged image without the label and get disclosure text to put in your listing remarks instead, so the original still ships alongside and the disclosure still happens. Disclosure rules vary by market and MLS, so you're responsible for knowing the ones that apply to you.
We believe that AI in real estate can be genuinely helpful without being misleading. The ethical line is clear: show buyers what is, then help them imagine what could be. In that order, every time.
