Yes, with disclosure. By default the staged image carries an AI-generated label baked into the photo, and your download includes the original unaltered photo as a separate file so you can publish both. Some MLS boards don't allow any watermark on listing photos. For those, you can export the staged image without the label and get disclosure text to put in your listing remarks instead. You're still responsible for whatever disclosure rules apply to you, your state, your MLS, or your brokerage.
