Yes, with disclosure. The staged image needs to be labeled as AI-generated, and the original photo needs to be published alongside it. By default ImmoMagic does both: the label is baked into the staged image, and your download gives you the original and the staged version as two separate files. Some MLS boards don't allow any watermark on listing photos. For those, you can export the staged image without the label and get disclosure text to put in your listing remarks instead. You're still responsible for whatever rules apply to you, like your state's disclosure laws, your MLS, or your brokerage.

ImmoMagic accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10MB. For best results, use a well-lit photo taken in landscape orientation.

Your photos are only used to create your results and stay in your account. They are never shared with other users. To remove everything, delete your account in Settings. To delete specific photos, email support@immomagic.com.

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are delivered immediately. However, if you experience a technical issue and a transform fails to generate, no credit is used.
